AdOnion empowers a two-way interacting ad marketplace for both our
advertisers and publishers. Webmasters who want to sell ad spaces
on their websites and advertisers who want to buy ads from these
websites or to list their merchant offers on their website. We
offer a transparent, open market for advertisers and webmasters to
come together.
- 2.Who should use AdOnion?
There are two groups who should use AdOnion
a). Webmasters and website owners who are looking to profit from
advertising on their site, but do not wish to be bothered with the
extra work involved in recruiting advertisers. Right now, there are
more reasons for you to join the marketplace as you are able to see
advertiser's offers meaning you can run offers of your choice on
your site.
b) Advertisers, marketers, agencies and small business owners who
are looking to promote their product or service on the internet.
Not only would you know specifically which website you are
advertising on, publishers can also contact you if they are
interested in running your offers saving you time in looking for
traffic.
- 3.What are ratings?
Ratings are encouraged after each transaction (campaign) is
approved to rate the responsiveness and provide a general feedback
of the overall communication and the confirmation of the
information provided by the business partner. The rating is use to
provide a potential clients more information and confidence in
setting up campaign with the business partner as their
creditability will build up through ratings. It is important to
note that the rating does not reflect the performance of the
campaign.
- 4.What are some terms that I
should know before I start?
- CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions) your ad will be listed
within the ad spot that you choose and for every view you will be
charged
- CPD (Cost Per Day), your ad will be listed on the specific site
(ad spot) that you choose for the whole day
- CPC (Cost Per Click) only when user click on your ad you will be
charged
- CTR (click-through rate), is the number of clicks your ad
receives devided by the number of times your ad is shown
- eCPC (Effective Cost Per Click) -the average cost per click
delivered
- eCPM (Effective Cost Per Thousand Impressions) ¨C the
average cost per thousand impressions delivered.

- 1.I'm an International, can I
join?

Yes, you can still join the marketplace but all funds will be
based on US dollars.

Popunders are advertisements which will display underneath a
user's browser, so when they close their current browser they will
see the advertisements.
- 5.What are Interstitial Ads?

Interstitials will display advertisement between two pages of a
website.
- 6.What are graphical
banners?

Graphical banners are made up of images as well as text which
describes an advertiser's website and/or the products and services
they offer.

Text banners are banners that are made up of text only which
describes an advertiser's website and/or the products and services
they offer.

advertise with AdOnion?

It will depend on the website(s) you choose.
- 9.How many accounts will I
need?

You would only need 1 account, as you'll have access to both
advertiser's and publisher's area.
- 10.Does AdOnion require a
contract or minimum term?

No, there is no actual contract to sign but the use of AdOnion
is subject to our terms of service and privacy policy. You are not
obligated to use AdOnion any longer than you choose.
- 11.What are ad spaces?

Ad spaces are areas assigned by a publisher's site for ad
placement.
- 12.What are merchant's
offers?

Merchant's offers are the promotion set forth by a merchant for
the purpose of online advertising.
- 13.What is the minimum
deposit?

The minimum deposit is $20 per campaign.
- 14.Can I make multiple
purchases?

Yes, you can buy multiple sites at once.
- 15.What does CPD stand for?

CPD stands for Cost Per Day, you can purchase ad spots on a
daily basis.
- 16.What if I would like to
promote my ads on that specific spot but it's already taken?

If you are interested in purchasing an ad zone but the ad zone
has already been reserve you would need to pick a date that has not
been reserve.
- 17.Where will my ads appear?

Your ad will only appear on the site that you choose or on site
that matches your keyword search criteria if you purchase a
package.
- 18.When will my ads be
approved?

Your ad will be approved within the timeframe that the
publishers has specified.
- 19.Why did my ads get
rejected?

When a publisher decides to reject your ads on their website
they will provide you with a reason. Sometimes it can be just
fixing up the wording or graphic and you can resubmit the campaign
again.
- 20.How do I know when a publisher
is interested in my offer?

We will notify you by email when there is a publisher campaign
waiting for your approval.
- 21.Can I reject a publisher from
running my ads?

Yes, you can always reject a publisher you feel that does not
fit your offer. You would have to provide a publisher with a reason
for the rejection.
- 22.Can I list an adult
offer?

No, we do not accept adult offer.
- 23.How long do I have to approve
the publisher campaign?

Upon creation of your offer you can specify a timeframe, if the
timeframe is pass and the publisher is not interested in the ad
anymore they can delete the offer, therefore it is in the best
interest for you to approve the campaign as soon as possible.
- 24.Can I do a refund if my ads
are not performing?

If you've booked specific dates for running your ads on a
specific site and the publisher has approved your ads you are not
able to refund the funds. But if you are running your ads through
our packages then you may refund any unused amount if the
performance is not satisfactory.
- 25.How do I monitor the traffic
of my ad campaign?

You will have access to the reports of your ad campaign in your
account area.

appearing in the Marketplace?

The reason that your site is not in the marketplace because the
ad codes did not get implemented on your website, or your website
still needs to be approve.
- 9.How do I add an ad code to my
site?

Once you create your ad zone you will be given a piece of code,
simply copy and paste it to the top of your website's source code
that you've allocated the ad space or provide the code to your
website administrator if your website is not managed by you.
- 10.Do you accept adult content or
services?

No, we do accept adult content or services websites.
- 11.How do I know when there is an
ad to approve?

We will notify you by email when there is ad waiting for your
approval.
- 12.How long do I have to approve
the publisher campaign?

Upon creation of your ad zone you can specify a time frame you
will approve the ad, if the Time frame is pass and the advertiser
is not interested in the ad zone anymore they can delete the
campaign, therefore it is in the best interest for you to approve
the campaign as soon as possible.
- 13.What if I don't want a
specific ad?

You will be able to approve/disapprove any ads that you
want/reject on your site, you will be able to see the number of ad
campaigns that wants to advertise on your site. In addition you can
approve them yourself.
- 14.What if I approved an ad but
now I don't want to accept it anymore?

In the instance you have approve the ad but don't want to accept
it any longer, please contact your account manager so we can help
you settle this with the advertiser.
- 15.What does the number of Ad
Spot mean?

The number of ad spot indicates how many banner spaces you're
allocated to the ad marketplace. All the ones that are approved are
classify under active and all the spots that is waiting for
approval or deleted are classify under inactive.
- 16.What does the number of Ad
Campaigns mean?

The number of ad campaign means the number of advertisers that
are currently running on your website. The number of pending
campaigns means that you've selected to review the campaigns before
they are active on your site and you would need to approve it. The
approved campaigns are the ones that you've approve and is running
on your website.
- 17.How much will I get paid?

You can set your own rates for the ad location that you are
looking to list, and you will get paid 65% of the advertising
revenues generated by your site.
- 18.How do I get paid?

You will be paid on a net 15 terms, via Paypal or Check.
- 19.Is there a minimum amount I
have to earn before receiving checks?

Yes, the minimum amount you would need to earn before getting
paid is $50.
- 20.Can I see the stats to my ad
campaign?

Yes, you will have access to the reports of your ad campaign in
your account area.
